The Narrative Craft: Privacy Policy

Here is a brief summary of the main points of my privacy policy:

• I collect personal data you provide such as name, address, contact info, payment information.

• This information is kept for business (invoicing) purposes.

• I will not send you any promotional or marketing communications without requesting consent from you.

• I will delete your information from my systems upon request.

• I retain copies of any source documents you provide as an email attachment, with a backed up copy kept on an external hard drive as proof of work completed. They remain private and confidential with the exception of granting access to HMRC if my business is audited by the tax authorities. After five years I will delete all copies from all my systems.

• Your IP information is collected by Google Analytics.

• The only parties with which your information may be shared are Freeagent (accounting software), Zervant (e-invoicing software), MailerLite, Wix, and Google Analytics.
